Through an hour session with YC Tan, I have learned that I need to know my audience. I need to Identify my supporters’ demographic and preferred video genre. I need to determine my positioning and identify 3 major activities that align with my demographic's interests for my main platform in social media. I also learned to identify potential money-making activities such hosting, event singing, live-selling, product company to increase revenue. All the tips to that YC Tan provided help me to focus on understanding my audience, establishing a clear online presence, and exploring revenue-generating opportunities. Thank you so much .
